His journey began as a hair stylist specializing in precision cuts and color, but it was while working in day spas that he discovered his true passion: esthetics. That passion only deepened through his personal battle with cystic acne, which he overcame using holistic practices and advanced skincare treatments—an experience that now fuels his empathetic, results-driven approach with every client.

With more than a decade of leadership experience in the beauty and wellness field, Johnny has managed teams, mentored new professionals, and built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and service. He believes in raising industry standards, not just through exceptional care, but by educating both clients and fellow professionals. Disappointed by training that often lacked substance, he committed to becoming the kind of educator who delivers meaningful, practical knowledge that empowers others to grow.

As a professional makeup artist for over 10 years, he’s worked on editorial and commercial projects across Charlotte, serving as a key makeup artist for three fashion shows and producing looks for photo shoots with local bands and campaigns for SouthPark Mall. His artistry is rooted in a deep understanding of skin and facial structure, bringing both beauty and technique to every look.
